About Dr. Lupton

Dr. Lupton is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He graduated from Wake Forest University and received his Medical Degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University. He completed his dermatology residency at University Hospitals of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Since 1990, he has been in private practice in Greensboro. Dr. Lupton is married to Barbara and they have two daughters, Sarah and Laura. He enjoys sailing, sports cars and cycling.

Dena Anderson, PA-C  

Dena Anderson, PA-Ca Physician Assistant, joined our practice in 2008.  She is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. She graduated from the University of New Brunswick, Bowman Gray School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program at Wake Forest University and the University of Nebraska with a  Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Dena has worked as a PA since 1997 and in dermatology since 2004.  She is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

English Black, PA-CShe joined us in August 2016 and will be seeing both clinical/medical and cosmetic patients. A native of North Carolina, she has worked as a Dermatology Physician Assistant for the past 10 years. She graduated from the PA program at James Madison University.

Katrina Guilford-Hayes, our skin care specialist is a licensed Aesthetician who joined our practice in 2013. She is a native of Boca Raton, Florida and a graduate of the University of Kentucky.  She completed her aesthetic training at Leon’s Beauty College.  Katrina is passionate about educating patients on skin care and helping her clients develop a plan that is right for their specific needs. She values relationships and takes pride in catering treatments to an individual’s skin care goals.  She is certified and specializes in medical grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion and intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments, such as photofacials and non-ablative fractional resurfacing. Most recently she became certified in SkinPen microneedeling. She is a member of the Associated Skin Care Professionals. We are excited to have her on our team!
