Payment of professional fees is due at the time of service. If Lupton Dermatology & Skin Care Center receives monies from a third party in compensation for office charges previously paid by the patient, a patient refund will be generated within 45 days of receipt of insurance payment. We are unable to refund for cosmetic procedures. Refund for product purchase will depend on reason for return. Used products can not be returned. |
